Ken - Grand Prize Winner of $1,100,000 TAX FREE CA$H!

Ken Dale knew he was the Grand Prize winner in this fall’s Variety – The Children’s Charity Lottery before it was even announced. He was watching the draw on television and saw the numbers on the screen.

“I couldn’t believe it. I kept checking my ticket over and over,” says Dale. Now 80 years old and living in Abbotsford, Dale immigrated to Canada from England in 1955 and has enjoyed a 30-year career as a stockbroker.

Dale is now looking forward to using the $1.1 Million tax-free cash to spice up his retirement with a lot of travel.

Exploring Costa Rica is at the top of his list. After that, maybe he’ll try a cruise. He is also looking forward to returning to Europe and reconnecting with old friends from his days as a professional wrestler in England.

Dale also plans to use his winnings to buy a new car. All he wants is something small and reliable, and will likely let his kids pick something practical for him.

“The timing is perfect,” he explains. “About a year ago I had problems with my eye sight and had to quit driving. Since then I’ve had two operations and now can see perfectly to drive without glasses.”
