When Francisco received a phone call from the lottery office stating that he had won the Grand Prize in BC’s Million Dollar Lottery, he couldn’t believe his luck. “I was speechless and almost didn’t believe it at first. I thought it might have been someone playing a joke,” says Francisco, a resident of Burnaby.
